1I didn’t get a password
There’s no emailed password — you’ll create your own on Create your account. Use the same email the invite was sent to.
2Invite link doesn’t open / looks cut off
Paste the whole invite link (Gmail sometimes truncates the long ticket). Prefer the button, then copy-paste the full URL if needed.
3Will I be charged for real?
Soft launch uses Stripe Test. Card

You Accept the book, then download the PDF from My Stories.
5If I delete a book, are my people gone?
Deleting a book does not remove people/photos from your library.
6How do I delete my account / photos?
Use Delete account in the app. That deletes your family file (photos, names, characters, stories). If you deleted your account on or before October 7, your family file may not have been deleted at the time. If it wasn’t, we’ll finish deleting it. Anonymized story trends may stay, only as disclosed when you created the account.
7It’s still generating / stuck
Wait for the progress message. If it fails, use Try again — hammering Regen usually won’t help.
8Where’s my book after I pay?
Open My Stories. Your book shows Ready — use Open or Download PDF (works on phone too).
9Story only vs Pictures + story?
Pictures + story = illustrated keepsake. Story only = literary pages + one mood cover (no art on every page).
