1. You need an account to upload photos or generate a story.
2. The family file (photos, names, characters, stories) is yours. We delete it from our storage when you delete your account.
3. If you agree at sign-up, anonymized story trends (theme, setting, plot shape, character types, intended audience) can remain after you delete your account. No names, photos, or real ages.
4. Fal illustrates the book. It gets a temporary copy of photos to draw the pages. We do not train on those photos. We cannot delete Fal’s temporary copies.
5. Removing a saved character from your library deletes that character’s stored photos from our storage. Deleting your account deletes the family file from our storage. Deleting a single book does not delete your saved characters or their photos.

These terms describe how Our Tale handles photos and stories. They are not a lawyer-written contract.
